SCREENS FOR METAL & VINYL WINDOWS
INSTALLATION OPTIONS
Most windows made from the early 1960's to present day were constructed of aluminum, vinyl, steel, or fiberglass. They open up & down, side to side, push out, pull in or a combination of two methods.
We can make screens for any type of window made. We even put screens where no screens have gone before!

Rather than show pictures of over 100 different window types that you may need screens for, we'll just show a few to give you the basic idea.
We have several frame colors to choose from depending on the thickness needed: white, bronze, mill, almond, tan, and black. Plus we can custom color screen frames too. There are several mesh types to pick from besides the regular fiberglass insect mesh.
Window Types
SIDEWAYS SLIDING WINDOWS
These are usually held in with a pair springs on one side and finger pull tabs on the other. The pulls can be solid or hollow.
LIFT UP SINGLE or DOUBLE HUNG WINDOWS
These can be held in with springs and pull tabs as above, plastic u-shaped clips or spring loaded pins we call plungers.
PUSH OUT or CRANK OUT CASEMENT and AWNING WINDOWS
These are held in either by turn clips that rotate on top of the screen frame, springs or plungers and they sometimes need a wicket door to reach through to open the window lock.
PULL IN CASEMENT and AWNING WINDOWS
These can be mounted to the outside with turn clips or screws.
